1. Shipping Options & Costs
We charge a flat shipping rate of 120 for all orders. Deliveries typically take between 3 to 7 business days to reach your location.
2. Returns Policy
Since we deal in highly curated keepsakes and personalized items, we only support returns and replacements in the event that items reach you in a damaged or defective condition. Please notify customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Refund Processing
Once your return request is approved and items are received at our warehouse, refunds will be credited to your original payment account within 5 to 10 working days.
